Sometimes, at midnight you might get a glimpse of a filipino man thundering around the areas of Majorstua and Frogner, with a messenger bag and a pair of headphones, just aimlessly pedaling around on his borrowed Oslo CityCycle. The question you ask yourself is not WHAT he is doing or WHERE he is going, but WHO he is listening to while gunning past you on the sidewalk.
